Today’s attendees at the 5:30 a.m. workout…..Bob, Lacey, me

Warm Up
40 jumping jacks
10 push-ups
10 air squats
100 m medicine ball carry (1 mile bike with wall ball 10lb)
5 burpees
10 medicine ball goblet squats (10lb dumbbell)

Workout (22:55)
800m run with medicine ball (1 mile bike with wall ball 10lb)
100 burpees (50)
100 med ball goblet squats (10lb wall ball)
800m run (1 mile bike)

Cool Down
20/20 dynamic calf stretches (15/10, 10/10)
0:30/0:30 spiderman stretch
